- Usage Data: Metrics regarding your performance in scenarios, speaking drills, and live sessions (e.g., WPM scores, clarity ratings, earned XP).
- Voice & Audio Data: We process audio inputs temporarily to provide real-time feedback.
- Generated Content: Transcripts of your roleplay sessions and AI-generated feedback summaries saved to your “Communication Memory.”
3. AI Processing & Data Privacy
Zero-Training Policy
We utilize enterprise-grade API agreements with our AI providers. Your voice recordings, transcripts, and scenario contexts are NOT used to train the public AI models. Data sent to the AI for analysis is ephemeral and isolated to your session.
We use the data solely to:
- Generate context-aware roleplay scenarios tailored to your career level.
- Analyze speech patterns for pacing, tone, and pronunciation.
- Track your improvement over time (Persona Evolution).
4. Data Retention
Audio: Raw audio files from Live Coaching sessions are processed in real-time and are not stored on our servers after the session concludes. Short clips for Speaking Drills may be temporarily cached in your browser memory for playback but are not permanently archived.
Transcripts: Text transcripts and analytical scores are stored securely in our database to allow you to review your history and progress. You may request deletion of this history at any time.
5. Third-Party Services
We may employ third-party companies (such as Supabase for authentication/database and Google Gemini for AI intelligence) to facilitate our Service. These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

We use industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) for data in transit and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
