1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Convra AI (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Educational Nature of Service
Disclaimer: Convra AI is a simulation and training tool. The advice, feedback, and scenarios generated by the AI are for educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional legal, financial, psychological, or career counseling advice.
3. Subscriptions & Usage Limits
Access to the Service is subject to usage limits based on your subscription tier:
- Free Tier: Limited daily access to Live Coaching (10 mins/day), Scenarios, and Drills.
- Advanced Tier: Expanded access to all features.
We reserve the right to enforce “Fair Use” policies on Advanced plans to prevent abuse of the AI generation APIs (e.g., automated scraping or excessive non-human usage).
4. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to generate content that is hate speech, harassing, explicit, or illegal.
- Attempt to reverse engineer the AI prompts or underlying technology.
- Share your account credentials with others.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service interface, gamification systems, and proprietary code are the property of Convra AI. However, you retain ownership of the specific scripts and personal scenarios you input into the system.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Convra AI be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes (e.g., getting hired or promoted) resulting from the use of our training tools.
8. Changes
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the platform.
